For one winter week, we’ll be featuring bottles and kegs dedicated to the dark side—stouts, porters, a black IPA, and other deep, roasty favorites we wait all year to pour.

Malia is a lover of all fine food, beverage, and hospitality. She opened The Birch in January of 2011. She also owns Four Eleven York, a boutique inn and restaurant with her husband and has served on many community associations, including founding the Chelsea Business Association.
