Holiday Ales & Collabs

SPECIAL TAPPING on FRIDAY 12/12

We’ll be tapping a keg of Omnipollo Fully Loaded a collaboration with Horus Ales!

“Horus is known for producing some of the best pastry stouts in the world, and this collaboration was inspired by their signature brewing techniques. Their approach involves using minimal dark malts, almost treating the beer like a barleywine, with just a touch of roasted malt at the very end of a long boil. This beer is designed to be rich and intense, loaded with adjuncts to create a thick, decadent drinking experience. Expect a beer that sits at the farthest end of the pastry spectrum, pushing the boundaries of indulgence.”

Barrel Aged Imperial Coconut Hazelnut Stout, 14.5 % by vol.
Brewed at Dugges Bryggeri in Sweden.

We’ll also be featuring Mead Hot Toddies!
