We’re cracking open our favorite beers from Wheatland Spring Estate Brewery—Virginia’s first estate brewery known for its thoughtful, farm-driven approach—paired with oysters fresh from our local waterways, shucked by the farmers of Matheson Oyster Co., a family-run business with a deep respect for the coast and its ecosystems.

Owners of Wheatland and Matheson will be in attendance!

Join us Saturday, August 9th from 2–4 PM at The Birch for Brews & Brine — an afternoon of craft beer, freshly shucked oysters, a styled grazing table by Makers Meals, and a panel discussion exploring what it takes to bring these local staples to your table.
