Today we’re opening something special from the cellar.

Aged for nearly a decade, Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA (2016) is making its way onto the menu. While famous for its massive hop character when fresh, time has transformed this beer into something entirely different—rich, smooth, and wonderfully reminiscent of a barleywine.

Expect notes of caramel, toffee, dried fruit, and warming alcohol, with the hops taking a graceful step back after ten years of aging.
