The Birch Survey, Sour Leftovers, and Kick some Kegs!

Hello from Malia!

Thank you to everyone who came out for 43 Hours of Sour: Bottle Edition! It was so much fun opening some of the gems that have been hiding in our cellar all these years. The weekend really showed the beauty of aging sours (specially the barrel-aged ones) and how they continue to evolve over time.

We’re also launching a Birch Patron Survey to get feedback from our favorite people, you! We want to hear what you love, what you don’t love as much, and how we can make your experience at The Birch even better.

And because we know you’re up for the challenge… we’ve got a handful of kegs that need help kicking we’ve got lots of fun things waiting. You know what to do 😉

Thank you again for being our patron — it truly means the world to us. We can’t wait to see you back at the bar soon!

— Malia
