43 Hours of Sour Events

Wednesday October 29th 5:30-6:30pm

The Grape Conversation

We’re teaming up with our friend, Anne Cameron, at In Good Company for a side-by-side tasting that blurs the lines between beer and wine.

Four Tilquin lambics made with wine grapes — Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Syrah — will be poured alongside four wines made from those same grapes. Together, we’ll explore how one fruit can tell two completely different stories.

It’s not a competition — it’s a conversation. A guided, casual tasting led by two women who love what they pour and aren’t afraid to geek out about it.

Your reservation includes tasting pours of each selection paired with its counterpart! The total cost of the reservation is $55.00, the $20 deposit charged today will be applied to the final tab. We will also be offering a cheese pairing board for $17.00 to snack on while we taste!

Oysters & Lambic

We’re pairing the briny and the bubbly for a perfect fall afternoon.

Join us Saturday, November 1st, from 4–7 PM as we welcome back our friends at Matheson Oyster Co for a celebration of Oysters & Lambic.

Fresh, cold oysters on the half shell meet the bright, funky acidity of traditional Belgian-style lambic and gueuze. It’s a pairing that feels inevitable once you try it — the ocean’s salinity meets the beer world’s finest fermentation magic. They’ll be bringing their Birthday Girls!

We’ll be opening a mix of rare bottles and classic favorites from our sour cellar, each chosen for its crisp, effervescent edge that brings out the sweetness and minerality in Matheson’s oysters.

No tickets — just drop in between 4 and 7 PM, order at your own pace, and experience one of our favorite flavor harmonies of the season.
