Originally from WA State but spent the last 15 years in Boston, MAHave you worked in beer/hospitality before The Birch? (Tell us where!)
Most recently I worked at Cambridge Brewing Company until their unfortunate closure and before that at Lord Hobo Bar.What first got you interested in beer?
My friend Roslyn. I actually thought I hated beer and she made it her personal mission to introduce me to the world of craft beer.
