Drekker & Sojourn
Dwellin’ in the Deep

Dwellin’ in the Deep is what happens when Drekker & Sojourn Fermentory dive headfirst into the flavor abyss and make friends with the creatures down there. Brewed with premium pilsner malt, flaked wheat, chit, and spelt, this one’s soft, pillowy, and ready to pull you under. We double-KRUSHED it with Krush & Krush Cryo hops (plus Belma & Pink) for a mythical flavor blast of white peach, strawberry kiwi candy and lime zest. It’s smooth, strange, and possibly cursed—in the best way. Nessie approves. Or at least… we think that’s what the ripple meant.

Alesong Kentucky Kilt 2025

A perennial fan favorite, Kentucky Kilt is our malt-forward, amber-colored, Scotch-style ale that was matured this year in Wild Turkey 16-year bourbon barrels. The freshly emptied casks induce tantalizing aromas of vanilla and oak, while hints of ripe fruit and toffee round out this unique and complex barrel-aged blend.

Alesong Pinot Gris 2022

After seven years of crafting award-winning barrel-aged beers, we are launching a wine program! Our first release is an effervescent and refreshing, oak-aged, Pinot Gris.

Sourcing incredible fruit from the Dundee Hills AVA, and aging the wine in French oak barrels, we are maintaining our artisan approach and high standards of quality and complexity with this new offering.

The finished wine is dry and lightly acidic with a beautiful fruit character, mild oak flavor, and spritzy carbonation!

Malia

Malia is a lover of all fine food, beverage, and hospitality. She opened The Birch in January of 2011 when she was 22 years old. Since then she has opened Four Eleven York, a boutique inn and restaurant with her husband and has served on many community associations, including founding the Chelsea Business Association.
