4th Annual St. Kiuchi Day Saturday March 8thSt. Kiuchi Day was first held March 17, 2011 as a fundraiser for Japanese Relief after the March 11 Earthquake /Tsunami. It is an annual event where the Kiuchi brewery takes over The Birch! A portion of each beer sale goes to benefit B. United International's Disaster Relief Fund.
This year, St. Kiuchi Day will include 5 Kiuchi Hitachino Taps and 9 Bottle Options! We will also offer a special grilled cheese to pair with the beers!
A Night with Jerome Rebetez of BFM Tuesday March 18th
We will be welcoming back Jérôme on Tuesday March 18th with 5-7 BFM taps and more in the bottle!! More details coming soon!
The Birch's 43 Hours of Bitter

Cantillon Zwanze Day
Every year, Cantillon has open brewing days, with animation, known as "Zwanze" in Brussels’ dialect. Fortwith, a special beer will be released every year, with every year a new ingredient. This year The Birch was selected to be one of the host locations!!

Green Flash and The Birch Present
We will be holding a Steal the Glass Night on a SUNDAY with two special beers from Green Flash Treasure Chest and Green Bullet to benefit breast cancer research! $1 from Green Flash and any other beer will go to the fund of Green Flash's choosing!
Allagash Mini Sour Takeover
The Birch will be hosting this insane SOUR BEER-dominated event...all beers poured will either be by Allagash or the special Champion Brewing Company collaboration explained below.
